Our Commitment

Sustainability & Ethics

Ethical Sourcing & Responsible Quarrying

At LAMSOR Exports, responsible sourcing is not a slogan – it is the way the business is actually run. We work only with licensed, government‑approved quarries that operate in line with applicable mining, environmental, and labour regulations, so every block has a clear and lawful origin.

Every stone we export is traceable from quarry to processing to final shipment. Our focus is on long‑term partnerships with quarry and factory operators, not one‑time purchases, which allows us to promote responsible extraction practices and stable, reliable supply for our clients.

From block selection to slab cutting and finishing, LAMSOR Exportsplaces emphasis on optimising yield and reducing unnecessary waste. This approach helps protect natural resources, supports local communities connected to the quarrying regions, and ensures that our clients receive consistent quality aligned with international expectations.

Community Support

Zero Tolerance for Child Labour, Forced Labour & Coercion

At LAMSOR Exports, the people behind our stone matter as much as the product itself. That is why there is a strict zero‑tolerance policy toward child labour, forced labour, bonded labour, or any form of involuntary work within our own operations and throughout our supply chain.

All employment linked to our sourcing and processing is based on free will and lawful engagement. Workers must meet legal minimum age requirements, are not tied to their jobs by debt or coercion, and do not have their wages, identification documents, or personal belongings withheld.

Team members within partner quarries and processing units are free to accept work voluntarily, to leave with reasonable notice, and to perform their roles without threats or pressure. LAMSOR Exportsexpects these standards to be respected by every quarry, factory, and subcontractor we collaborate with, in line with Indian labour law and internationally recognised principles such as the ILO conventions.

Ethical labour practices are non‑negotiable for LAMSOR Exports and form a core part of how the company builds trust with clients in markets where modern slavery and child‑labour compliance are taken extremely seriously.

Health, Safety & Working Conditions

The safety and well‑being of the people involved in quarrying, processing, and handling our stone is a central priority for LAMSOR Exports. We choose to work with partners who demonstrate a clear commitment to safe, well‑managed workplaces rather than just minimum legal compliance.

Across the supply chain, these partners are expected to provide and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment, safe machinery operation, clear safety procedures, and regular awareness of workplace risks. Facilities must also ensure access to clean drinking water, appropriate sanitation, adequate lighting and ventilation, and defined emergency response measures.

LAMSOR Exports views health and safety as an ongoing process, not a one‑time checklist. The company supports continuous improvement, welcomes client‑requested audits or third‑party inspections where required, and believes that a safe, respectful working environment is essential for consistent quality, dependable delivery, and long‑term partnerships with global buyers.
